TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

 * Except for a major defect in the manufacture of the jewelry, no refund is accepted.
* Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of payment of the item. Thereafter, the sale will be considered final.
* In case of any problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact me by email;
I will do my best to remedy the situation.

 EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

 * Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom jewelry.
* To exchange your purchase, contact me by email within 7 days of delivery.
* Exchanges will be made according to the availability of the item in inventory.
In case of stock shortage, you will be notified by email or phone.
* The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be borne by the buyer.

 

 CUSTOM-MADE JEWELLERY OR SPECIAL ORDERS:

 * A 50% deposit (non-refundable) will be required BEFORE the jewelry is made and the balance
will be payable before delivery.
* Unless damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for special orders or personalized.

 ORDER ERROR :

 * If an error occurs when placing your order, I will ask you to contact me without delay,
but no later than 24 hours after its discovery by sending me a message by email to the following address:
info@universdechan.com, or as a private message on my Facebook page:
Chan Créations, by clearly indicating to me the error that would be made.

 

 PAYMENTS :

 * I use the Paypal payment system, recognized and secure all over the world.
Please do not hesitate to contact us. make sure you have a Paypal account in advance.
* Following your transaction with Paypal, they will send you an email confirming your purchase.

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES :

 * My jewellery is designed for adults only * The photographs represent as much as possible
the real colours of my jewellery.
* Chan Creations is not responsible for the normal wear and tear
of a piece of jewellery or metals whose colour has changed by the PH of the skin.
* Chan Creations is not liable for damages caused by negligence, excessive or inappropriate
use as well as accidents that could damage the jewel under these conditions.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS:

 The customer acknowledges having read, from the moment he placed his order,
the special conditions of sale stated and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
