 • Please allow 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your payment to send your order.
For custom jewelry or special orders, allow 7 to 10 business days. You will have to add to this time the time
of shipment by the carrier.

● All "Chan Creations" jewelry shipments are made by Canada Post.
For Canada, I use the service of Accelerated parcels, with a tracking number and a competitive delivery time.
For more security, you have the possibility to add the "signature on delivery" option for an additional $2.00.
In the case of If so, please specify this when you make your purchase transaction.

● Only for bracelets of the series "LES ADORABLES - SOLOS" as well as earrings "BOHOS SHORT", an additional
delivery option is available in Canada, namely the "oversized letter format sent".
Please note that this shipping option has NO # of followed up. Due to their small size, these jewels can be sent
in a 5/8"" jewelry box (16mm), which format is accepted by Canada Post as an "oversized letter".
The cost of handling and delivery is $5. For more security, I suggest you send in parcels accelerated,
which is faster and traceable.

● As soon as your order is sent, a confirmation email will be sent to you, specifying the number of your order.
  tracking of your package if necessary as well as the suggested delivery date.
  Please make sure to register correctly your email address in your shopping cart.

● "Chan Créations" can under no circumstances be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to carrier.
  Indeed, situations beyond our control such as bad weather, strikes, customs, etc., an lead to additional delays.

● When sending your order, I make sure that all my jewellery is carefully packed in a box and then in a padded
  envelope to protect them and maintain their integrity. "Chan Creations" cannot therefore be held liable for any
  damage caused by the carrier.

 

 DELIVERY ADDRESS:

 ● It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid delivery address.
At the time of your order, please always double check your address, apartment number
(if applicable) and code to avoid delivery errors for which I can in no way be held responsible.

● When your package is delivered, I always receive a delivery confirmation by Canada Post (deliveries to Canada).
In the event of a significant delay in delivery and I do not receive any confirmation of delivery of your order, please
let me know and I will do my best to track your lost package with Canada Post. Additional delays beyond my control
are to be expected in the event of the situation.

● Please note that I cannot be held responsible for the possible loss of a package delivered to carrier.

● If I receive the delivery confirmation from Canada Post, I cannot be held responsible for this that occurred
with the order delivered to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order. This is one more reason
to choose the "signature on receipt" option when you receive your order in order to avoid possible problems of
loss or theft of packages, especially concerning addresses located in apartment or condo blocks, where the risks are higher.
This option is of course left to your discretion.

● The customer undertakes to indicate in his order an address to which the delivery can be made during business hours.
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier will deposit in your mailbox a transit advice note for pickup of the
package at a Canada Post office or in one of the of Canada Post network centres.
